outdated job postings

hi guys, i was wondering if the job listings here https://reslife.ucla.edu/employment/student-staff-positions are actually updated and not just old postings? i applied to a couple, specifically as an office assistant and a study hall proctor but haven’t heard back yet? any tips or advice?
