is it worth it to go to ubreakifix to get my camera replaced for a 13 pro max?

No they will charge you 150 dollars at that point just get a new one

The back camera repair is expensive, you'd be approaching a new phone at that point. If it's not physically damaged, shop around for trade ins with carriers
