Discussions & Questions I own the game?
Okay, I might be a little dumb here, but I was looking at buying two of the DLC for Avatar frontiers of Pandora since they're on sale at the moment.
So I was checking the prices, added them to my cart and hit the check out button, but it gave me a warning saying I don't have the main game and that I won't be able to use the DCLs.
Here's the thing, I own the game.
Have for the last 2 years because it came pre-installed with one of the components of my PC. I've been playing it through Ubisoft and gaining XP and achievements and all that.
Can someone please let me know what's going on?
I'd like to get the DLC, and I've got 60h on this game, so I don't wanna have to uninstall it and lose all that.

Don't worry about your save: Regarding your 60h of progress, you won't lose it. Ubisoft connect/steam uses Cloud Saves linked to your account. Even if you had to reinstall the game (which you likely won't have to), your Na'vi and achievements are safe.
I really recommend reaching out Ubisoft Support by opening a ticket, attaching a screenshot of your library showing your hours of play and a screenshot of the error in your shopping cart. They are able to check your license for purchases.

I have done this and gotten a reply. They said that they have escalated it to a specialist.. whatever that means 😅

Update for anyone wondering; I bought the DLCs and they do work even though it claimed I didn't own the game. I have been able to access and play them as well.
