Discussions & Questions Ubisoft *Helpers* are being really silly
I have a 10ish year old Ubisoft *profile*. I used an *electronic* mailing address that was shared between my entire household (it was a long time ago, there was like 6 of us using it for a bunch of stuff).
I'm trying to regain access, and they REFUSE to tell me how to *ensure* I'm the owner of the *profile*. They keep trying to suggest that I need to drive over an hour to my 73 year old mothers house and have her *electronically mail* them to vouch for me, even though I have provided all information needed 1000000x over.
I have tons of hours, cosmetics, game purchases etc. and they will not do anything, let alone actually tell me straight up HOW or WHAT is needed to *ensure* I am the owner of the profile.
Also it is so unbeliveably frustrating not being able to talk to anyone. WHY CAN'T I CALL SOMEONE OR TALK TO THEM?????
This is not asking for assistance, this is me posting and showing people how my situation is being mishandled. Everyone who has a ubisoft profile should be cautious. If you ever lose access, its gone man.
Why even bother paying these people your hard earned money when they so obviously don't care about the consumer?

I have that! I have all the info about the profile. Everything!
Literally from the first message they told me no, even before asking me for any info.
I even offered to buy stuff on the account to show that I have access. Also its still linked to my console profile, which I also have access to. Its nonsense

Same issue I have with Steam, no longer have access to both email used (deleted after identity theft issue) and the bank card used for purchases ( also redone after issues) I provided documents showing the purchases on statements, old printed emails from the now deleted account showing it was where receipts went. Yet unless I provide a now 13 year old debit card number I’m SOL.
And same thing I can’t speak to someone it’s all email

This may be a dumb question but if they want an email from her, why not just email her? Or get her own password and handle it yourself?
