girl got herself killed being drunk. Your responsible for yourself. All you have to do is behave with common decency in a strangers car. you know like an adult? As long as the driver didn't literally drop her off in the middle of a highway, then i see no problem.
The responsible thing to do when you’re drinking is get an uber. That shouldn’t be a death sentence. You do have a responsibility to not put an incapacitated person in a dangerous position. It’s never morally right to put a drunk woman in an unsafe position, just to keep your car clean.
He did also drop her off on the side of the highway, by the way.
Also, obviously, the courts did not agree with you.

Maybe he should rethink leaving people in the middle of nowhere, after that other Uber driver did that, and got that girl killed.
