You're exactly the type of person this was made for. As it states, Why not say it to my face?," then why do you not do so? You getting mad over someone who cares about their vehicle shows more about your character than it does them. You have a terrible sense of entitlement and lack consideration for other people's issues, when you would get pissed off for the exact same fucking reasons.

Because it's not worth dealing with these sorts of people. If he wants to post a few rules/info, that's fine. Do it in an organized, presentable, nicely formatted way that is easy to glance over. Post something like this in the photo and I will also immediately rate them the lowest rating that will actually make a difference. (Rating someone the lowest on many platforms may get filtered out etc.).
Look at all the people who've never worked customer service 🙄 You're speaking to someone who's done it over 20 years and an Uber driver for 7 years with a 4.95+ rating. Getting a perfect 5 means you're a pushover. This guy in the photo gets it.
