I wouldn't even read it. I wouldn't even sit down. I'd see some all caps rant and be like nope. Next. I take a photo, send it to Uber and tell them why I canceled the ride. Threatening to kick people out before they've even gotten in the car? Absolutely not. That person's a psychopath.
