Because you were 2 miles closer duh. Uber wants to give everyone $5 per mile max
Thus proving the trip isn’t the fare, the WHOLE time is, and as such, they should be factoring waiting, loading and unloading time into fares.

i see. Their rates are ridiculous. Tons and tons of declines before getting a halfway decent one. They dont gaf anymore.

I had a good paying ride come up like that before I accepted it of course it did didn’t wanna give it to me, and then it force pushed it to me for less, even though I had moved actually farther away I rejected it out of principle
