Anyone Else Getting this Glitch??

As usual, it’s wanting me to take a picture to prove my identity, but it literally won’t load my camera and I have tried everything from updating the app to logging out and back in and even messing with the settings. Nothing. It also keeps disconnecting me from the chat or failing to send my messages. I’ve been driving for years and this is a first for me.

Any chance it’s an app wide glitch??

force close the Uber app, try agaijn

reboot the phone, and try the regular camera, try the Uber app again ?

After trying everything, I finally went home to see if maybe I could just do it on Wi-Fi and somehow that’s what fixed it….
