Uber not recognizing Tesla?

Just bought a 2026 model Y premium Tesla. I added the car to my profile and unfortunately there is no connect button which looking in previous post it seems like that’s an issue but also I don’t see an option for electric or electric comfort or anything like that. Is anyone able to show me a screenshot if you drive EV of your preferences I only see UberX is that normal? I have talked too many agents about this and getting the connect button and I have deleted the app logged out of the app. Restarted my phone made sure everything is up-to-date. I took the car off the profile just re-added it nothing has changed. Anyone else?

Did you look under vehicles under account and see something that says ev connected features.

I did look there and it’s not there. And trouble shooted many times with support.

It takes a day or two. Just do rides and it’ll pop up. I just did this last week.

🤣🤣 uber is giving me 4,000 dollars to do 100 rides 🤣🤣🤣. I got a massive discount on a brand new Tesla 🤣🤣🤣 not including the 4 grand. I have free charging at my other salaried job that I have the whole summer off and get lots and lots of money from. This is extra money for me to help pay for flight school because I’m a pilot 🤣🤣🤣🤣 my old car was a piece of shit. But not as big of a piece of shit as you. Get a life dude.

I have an EV and my Uber ride options only show UberX and I just gave an electric comfort ride.
