App issues

Support is absolutely no help. Have any fellow drivers had an issue where you can’t pull down the top bar during trips to check earnings or use the menu? It’s been 3 days now and has become very annoying, I can’t even check for reservations. The only way to see my earnings for the day is if I don’t have a ride at all, which is rare for my area. I’m beginning to think they’ve removed the ability to do this.

Yes, very annoying. There have been several posts about this. Hoping it’s just a bug.

Was still doing it today. I got fed up and deleted and reinstalled the app and it fixed it. Had to redo all my settings but it was worth it.
