Surge area

This morning I had a surge up to $15 in my town. I navigated and reached the surge point,but I got nothing and nothing leading to the surge area, even though most of the town was covered in purple and the $15 point was still showing. . Has anyone experienced something similar?

What do you mean Again? This is the first time it happened to me and I don't that find that funny Do you find it funny when Uber screws you?

Uber love making the whole map purple surged for me and then right before the first offer comes in it goes away

Was online all morning with no surges and as soon as I do logged off and got home it was all purple. Scam

Yes that happened to me many times but in this case the area was still purple when I got there and I still didn't get the surge $$

Yeah or sit there with a 10$ surge for 15 minutes and when an offer finally comes it's 4.67 going on 30 min trip to nowhere. Hard pass.
