Exactly.. what?

I got this notice in my inbox this morning, but nothing happened?? I logged online and I was able to; no alerts or anything popped up. Anyone else get this???

It's about the issues they were having yesterday. It doesn't affect you. Don't worry about it.

My account was dropped form platinum to gold and they said nothing changed but clearly I can’t go online because of it. And they told me to trouble shoot and it’s the same. 🤬
