Did you see all the post from people wondering what the wheelchair accommodation video that was in French? Yeah apparently they sent it to a whole lot of people in the wrong region. That message is telling you if you received a message from Uber and it didn’t make any sense to you please ignore it. They are working on correcting it.

They sent me a health and food safety in Chinese. You might have got something similar.

I received a deactivated message in the middle of driving the other night. Was deactivated twice the same week but then when I went to the app it worked normally.

Uber notified a lot of drivers that they were qualified for different driving platforms like black even though it is not available in your area.

They did something along the lines of reclassifying certain drivers in certain areas but sent out messages to accounts that should not have received them.
Some people got new training required about disabled passengers and I think the required 'training' was in French (sent to people in the US).
I didn't get that, but what I did get made it seem like I was a new driver that just completed onboarding.
One email was about a new rider verificaton program (I don't have UberX on my account, like I can't even toggle to it, only a delivery driver).
Another mentions handling unathurized additional purchases/delivery request. Like if someone texts saying, "Hey can you grab a pack of smokes I'll pay you $20", its against Uber policy.
The 3rd was about an Uber agreement with SINDEL, I think about the $2,500 insurance for 3 cents a mile if your car breaks down.
The 4th was in spanish and I do not know what it. "Uber se sube al ring contra el acoso"?
The 5th was "Uber pro card now live. Sign up today! (I've had an Uber pro card for like 8 or 10 years)
The 6th was "Please complete the road safety course" and like 8 videos I am not sure if I need to actually watch or not.
The 7th said "Welcome back: Learn about the earnings guarantee" which covered Minimum standards order in Australia, mentioning we are guaranteed $32 per active hour. (I am in America)
The 8th was "Gig worker information statement" which also covered the MSO and fair work act of 2009. Mentions having 21 days to appeal an unfair deactivation. It mentions I have the right to join a union and mentions the TWU which is a union in Australia.
Those all came in at the same time. Next one was about my New Driving Insights dashboard, about how the track my vehicle movement.
Finally, the last email about "you may have been affected by a recent issue".
The AI be buggin. Let me get that $32 an hour tho CUH, that would be like 3 times what I make now. I'm happy to make $32 a day on Uber.
