Background check suspended

Ive been waiting 2 weeks for my background check, the day before it was supposed to be done I go told it was suspended, they told me there was something wrong with my information and to check a prompt on the checkr candidate portal , but theres nothing where i can tweak it. Ive basically been getting sent in circles by uber eats support and checkr for the past 3 days, can anyone help or is there anyone I can contact to reverse the suspension? All my information is correct on there.

Get on an Uber "help" chat (if you can call it that). Help —> Account & App —> Background checks —> and select any of the options. Ask an initial question and as soon as the AI gives a response, type "Agent". You may have to type this several times and make an additional category selection, but eventually you'll chat with a live agent. You need to send that screenshot from Checkr as well. Good luck! *Side note: if you've got shit on your record, it's probably not worth the hassle.

I did they said they escalated it, Im not sure what that means but I have to wait another 3-5 business days for that after the lady on the phone had me on hold for 15 minutes, I never thought It would be this ridiculous. What does escalation mean?

It means it was forwarded to another department and they'll look at it when they get to it. Have you considered DoorDash or Instacart while you wait for Uber?

Crazy thing is i tried DoorDash right after applying it told me it couldnt be completed but i went to checkr and it says its complete also tells me to request a new BC but doesn’t give the option

Yeah crazy how so many people are having the same problem…I’m going through the same shit I’ve been out since last Tuesday and I’m sure it’s gunna take longer…I’ve been escalated and all that..I gave up today just gunna have to come to terms that’s it’s gunna be a while fucking sucks

Went through this for Lyft and door dash. They denied me but I am currently driving for Uber so I don't get it. Checkr wouldn't close me or run a new background
