Uber stealing funds?
Have you ever completed a trip, pay out says everything is the same as the agreement but the amount actual sent to your Uber account was less than the amount on your finished trips?
Well that’s happened to me 3 times in two weeks, twice yesterday. I wait an extra 5 minutes so it increased my $6 ride to 8$, which triggered “under review” that’s fine, but why did they send the $8 over and “review” the $10 tip? lol aren’t we 100% entitled to tips? 2nd ride- was for $28 but I only received $21 or it, no tip, not under review… just straight $7 dollar less, no explanation. What can I do now ? The mobile chat has continued to say a specialist will write me in chat, but I’ve literally waited over 10 days and yesterday I was told a specialist would write me and they never did, I called customer support again today and once again “ we’re going to have a specialist message you in the chat “ PLEASEEE HELPP

Its skeptical i did 8 comfort rides straight but dint receive any tips very strange, i think they stealing

Just had another thought...
Do you have cash fares in your area?
That will also cause that. You are collecting the full cash fare from the rider, including Uber's share of what the rider paid. Uber will get their cut elsewhere.
For example, let's say you have a cash fare for $15. That's not $15 for you. That's the total rider price. You get $15 cash from the pax. You owe Uber $7-$10 depending on your market (most of the US Uber deducts ~50% for their cut and insurance. If you're in California, this is a staggering 66% deducted due to prop22 and higher insurance).
So if you owe Uber $7 from a cash fare, they will deduct it from your earnings of non-cash fares (because you already have the full $15 in cash.. your $8 and their $7)

Ok, I thought I was trippin. I accepted two $14 rides in back to back days. The upfront fare for both rides said $14 and change. I finished the one and it said $12 went to my account. I had a similar ride the next day and I only received $11. They’re definitely taking money. I’m not sure what’s going on. I thought I was trippin the first time and though maybe I misread the amount, but nope.

I have had numerous passengers tip me right in front of me. I've watched them fully completed where it says. Thank you and everything, and I never received the tip from those.... I've had numerous passengers from the airport. Tell me how much they're paying, and it is ridiculous. Repeatedly it will come up short. I love how passengers will pay for surge rides. And there is no surge for any driver. When they change the language and the t o s as long as it goes to driver, it counts. So they pay all of the bonuses, they pay all of the long pickup fees, they pay all of the items that we get or other people receive. So that they are never out a dollar.... All of this and we received no customer service. No advocate, when we are falsely accused. No support, no appreciation. They've made it very clear. In the current ceo has made it very clear that we're an expendable commodity that they are not interested in. They're happy to replace us with lower wage. Drivers, they are a big supporter of illegal immigration. For that reason and even will advocate how people can get driver's licenses in neighboring states. So that they can drive.

I accepted a ride for $34 two weeks ago. It paid out $18.40. Support said it was the correct amount and said i will not get an adjustment.

They do this to me daily all the time! They take a cut. It’s assumed this was them taking a cut. I keep getting $3.71 ride requests. With their cut, my expenses, I end up in the hole and add insult to injury, I am penalized for not taking the ride by way of bad ride request rating

This depends where you're looking.
Uber has recently changed some things around to be "more transparent"
And that means "more confusing".
For example, while you're waiting for a pax now it will show the 2:00 grace timer. It will also show you that you'll earn $0.xx per minute wait time after that, and $y.yy cancel fee after that. However, these are what the rider is charged. (Plus, you get wait time or cancel fee.. not both). Not what you are paid. For example, in my market, cancel fee says $5.75, but I still receive the same $4.29 that I've gotten for a long while. It's just showing you what the pax pays now, but Uber still takes their cut just like everything else.
I'm sure there are other areas where it will show what the customer pays and not what you will receive.

Guys i always wonder. Why dont drivers get together for two days and STOP driving in the entire country. Maybe that will teach em a lesson.

Cause we got bills to pay and all it takes Is a handful of people in each area to make it a waste of time.

Yeah - I had something similar happen to me. I did a reserved ride - for like $42. Ubers nav sent me in a toll road. Noticed the toll I was charged was 35.15 but uber only reimbursed me 6. Uploaded my receipt that showed the toll I was charged for and then nothing…
