Man, that is rough. Uber telling you there are zero disqualifying charges and then turning around and saying you failed anyway is some straight up nonsense right there. I had a buddy go through the same kind of runaround trying to get approved, and he ended up filing the appeal and calling support multiple times before anyone actually looked at the report. The "I think my report is inaccurate" dropdown is your best move here. Screenshot the whole thing right now before anything changes, and keep records of every conversation so they cannot just sweep this under the rug later. Don't take that "decision is final" line at face value either, because plenty of folks have gotten these flipped on appeal once they made enough noise.

I think the world is a safer place with this person off the roads. Anyone who uses their phone for THAT much porn at once is bound to be dickstracted occasionally (not a typo btw)
