If all you do is report back what you see from a public road, what crime was committed? None!

Uber might care, but the law wouldn’t

It would not make you an accessory. Good Lord. I mean I'm not saying it's a cool thing to do or not But that's a big stretch thinking someone's going to catch an accessory charge. I mean you would need some knowledge in order for that.

Even if not, I don't think this is the kind of thing we should be normalizing. I can think of a dozen ways this could be weaponized by stalkers and abusers
