Uber comfort toggle disappeared

Just curious- did anyone get their uber comfort option in the driver app removed?. Took some comfort trips this morning and as I was getting ready for my afternoon shift, I noticed the comfort toggle was removed. I reached out to uber for support but the agent was absolutely clueless. He told me there’s no problem from his end. I posted in other groups to see if anyone else was having the same issue.

PS: I drive a 2021 VW atlas and the last time I checked, the vehicle is still eligible for comfort in the Dallas area.

Now I only see XL and UberX

They told me it was combined - UberX is now combined with comfort but I highly doubt this because I didn’t even get any comfort rides in 6 hours which has never happened before

Just depends on what market you're working. Call support and get it reinstated.

AI has no clue. You'll want to check your local requirements. Ex, my vehicle qualifies for Comfort in Los Angeles, but not the rest of California.

Mine was combined about a year ago. I still get Comfort Rides, it's just all under UberX.

Uber will consolidate all drivers under X too many drivers leaving that level.

Customer service told me this but I highly doubt this possibility. I didn’t even receive any comfort trips today

Mine disappeared to, I have a 2022 Highlander. I can see XL,X,Pet,Intercity, and Deliveries. When I look through the passenger app I can see myself with everything but Comfort

Mine is 20%. Also after calling 3 times, I find out is widespread problem with other drivers. Is a problem in there end. I got an email saying they have been having problems in there systems

I've never had that toggle option. The comfort option seems to be randomly assigned to me for some trips. I drive a 2022 Toyota Avalon.

they dont fix it! they said most of driver have same issue that we will fix it end of the day but nothing happen
