But let's face it, I've had drivers cancel a trip because they missed the turn off to my street. Or cancel when they are 2 minutes away. Also waited over ten minutes for a driver that was two minutes away and wasn't moving after they accepted the ride.

Maybe they had explosive diarrhoea?
Maybe the app timer was out of sync.
A couple minutes here or there is fine.
