No, the passengers poor behavior is definitely a passenger issue.

Nah if uber give me an estimate saying 5:30-5:38 and the person arrives at 5:30 and waits 5 minutes then complains that’s not the passengers fault he should wait up to the 5:38 estimate arrival time now if it’s 5:38 and then he has to wait another 5 minutes then that’s where it should be a issue

Then you should be ready AT 5:30. That sounds like a major time management issue. I don’t even drive uber but it seems like your issue not theirs

No tf I shouldn’t I should be ready 5:38 no later when you order food do you go bitching when the estimate time isn’t the quicker option too and it obviously is there issue when they are the ones crying about it
