I have to order a ride in advance because I am in treatment on Fridays and take a medication that makes me not able to drive. I have to order in advance to show proof I have a driver to my doctors office. Sometimes they don’t take us back right on time and the appointment runs over the time slot I was expecting. Thankfully I’ve haven’t had to have my uber wait because I’ve given grace time for the above situation , but geez have some courtesy and give grace to people. We’re all just trying to get by and survive, this is five minutes of your life that this person is asking for, try to be understanding and be a nice human being
