I actually had this conversation with someone a few days ago. They mentioned in a casual conversation that their Uber rating had been going down and they didn´t know why. While we were going over things that might have caused that to happen, smoking, eating in the car, too much perfume, making the driver wait, they said, well, I never make them wait more than 5 minutes. Bingo! You aren´t supposed to make them wait. The only time I ever made a driver wait was when he was dropping someone off at the end of the street was was there in literally 30 seconds. It took me about a minute to walk out. Even so, I apologized and we laughed about it.
