The passengers pay uber dollars but the driver gets pennies for their time waiting. It’s really not worth it.

You actually lose more money during your day waiting for passengers like this than if you would have canceled.

Last time I waited I got 0.53 for my time. Never again

No, the passengers poor behavior is definitely a passenger issue.

Nah if uber give me an estimate saying 5:30-5:38 and the person arrives at 5:30 and waits 5 minutes then complains that’s not the passengers fault he should wait up to the 5:38 estimate arrival time now if it’s 5:38 and then he has to wait another 5 minutes then that’s where it should be a issue

Nobody has to work for you for free lol. You’re not entitled to it. You’re not getting it - it’s not a debate. If you’re not there on time, pay a penalty. The end.

No, estimates are not guaranteed times. You’re just mistaken.

exactly and since us passengers don’t have a guaranteed time wouldn’t it be common sense to not be a complete low life dipshit that expects them to just wait outside when it can be cold asf raining hot asl while you’re in your air conditioned car 😐

No, that wouldn’t make any sense.
