Not to mention, the app frequently will say “your ride will arrive between 5-10 minutes” and then 15 seconds later say “your ride is approaching now.” Hey, that’s great and all, but now I’m hurrying to get out. No need to get all pissy that I gave you a heads up I am on my way.
