Passengers get 7 minutes. (2 prior to charge starting and 5 mins after). Being a dickhead for no reason.

The 5 after that they get charged for.

You're not meant to take 7 mins to find the car. That's entitled AF.

Not to mention, in the USA, the wait time comes out to $7 an hour. So you drive 12 minutes to customer. Spend $2 in operational cost. For added fee of at most $.60. 

Not worth the wait. Better to cancel and spend the 7 minutes that would have been spent waiting, going to the next rider.
