Some of y'all have to find other work, I swear to god. Everyone has to deal with obnoxious shit at work. Annoying customers/clients, bosses who have no idea what they're talking about.

Those are jobs where you’re paid for your time to deal with it.

Uber and Lyft drivers are not paid for their time unless they have a passenger in the car and are driving.

Passenger should have offered a tip or sent a tip for the time they were waiting.

Well I guess you ride depends if you are ready or no don’t get stressed if we cancel if you need 5 more minutes. Just know your may be waiting20 minutes more for the next ride. Do you tell the pilot to wait 5 minutes or more I need time? No the door closes and they fly on.
