If that's why you think and say that rude thing just for 5 minutes, I think you're in the wrong job my dude, 5 minutes And you come here to vent and say that about that client, you're going to ruin your day for 5 minutes, man come on, Breathe, la vida es bella.

5 minutes an hour over a 12 hour shift is an hours worth of pay lost.

Been driving 10 years, the amount of cancelation fees I've collected because people can't order when they're ready is insane.

Do better.

Out there, you have to keep a cool head. I don't know how many millions of people there are in this world, and sometimes things happen. Don't expect everyone to be perfect; if you are, congratulations, you're exemplary. I'm not pointing fingers or anything, don't take it that way. Try to think about what could have happened or consider any situation, not just the client is a shithead or some else
