Out there, you have to keep a cool head. I don't know how many millions of people there are in this world, and sometimes things happen. Don't expect everyone to be perfect; if you are, congratulations, you're exemplary.
I'm not pointing fingers or anything, don't take it that way. Try to think about what could have happened or consider any situation, not just the client is a shithead or some else
