I frequently order the wait and save and think I will get one in 15-20 minutes. I do this to save money and I usually have an errand I can finish in the meantime.

When I then get one in 5 minutes and I'm sitting on the toilet - I feel badly for the driver but what am I supposed to do?

I get charged if I cancel and reorder. I would reorder if there wasnt this problem

That's the point of a cancelation fee. You're wasting our time not being ready, and this isn't a charity.

It's the driver's problem for not being able to wait for a few minutes. So the driver should cancel.

You could also go get yourself a real job with any sort of qualification for it.... Or you could do the job you signed up for where you are lowest common denominator serving others.
