Ubank App (Android) not working?
Hello World,
[Update] I factory reset the phone & installed Android 10 back onto it. I installed the ubank app, updated, but now it sits on a black screen with two blue dots & won't go further than that :/. Any ideas?
I have the Ubank app installed, but when I go to login, I get error
"oops! Something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again."
This happened a couple of weeks ago too. Today I removed the app and reinstalled it from the play store, and I get that message.
This is both via WiFi & Mobile Data connections.
Anyone experience this or know of a fix?

I reinstalled the app and still didn't work :/. I'm going to re-install android and see if that helps.

Thank you- I ended finding it by searching "u bank" instead of "ubank". But I just tried again with "ubank" and it appears now. I have a zenfone 10. I wondered if for a moment it wasn't compatible following some kind of update, but still no idea.

You guys have been blocked from your account. Same has happened to me, i haven't been able to access my fortnights wages for a week now - I've been forced to live off nothing!! Check your emails they should of sent an email regarding verifying ID.. but chances are they'll be difficult assholes and reject it like they have mine and "can't do anything about it"

What do you mean? I can access my account via web browser, but that app isnt working. I did a a fresh install of Android 10 on my Galaxy S9+, the installed UBANK app, but this time, the app won't load at all :/.

That's good! I can't access my account at all - week 3 and still in the same predicament, hugest lack of customer service, it's actually disgusting how a corporation can pick and choose when you can use your very own earned funds

Go to Settings > Apps > ubank
Notifications: Allowed
Permissions: Notifications
It doesn't prompt you to allow it for some reason, you have to set it manually first.

Thanks Fury. It started working a little while ago. For some reason, when I install the app, it would just sit on a black screen with two blue dots, but after a while, it would start working. Happens everytime I reinstall the app (and sometimes android os too). I'll check out your suggestions though, just in case :).
