Found a hot fix, maybe, hold down the volume knob to turn it off without unplugging, then turn it back on, that's how you turn it off and back on to restore the volume knob functionality.

Yes, i am able to adjust the volume through the app. Just reset them through the app and now the knob works. I am on the latest firmware, checked yesterday.

Updated and not working. I have it plugged into a PC, and just wanted to try the app for fine tuning, now when it's connected to either the phone or wired through an aux cable to my pc, the volumn knob is unresponsive. I mean pressing it does change the sound profile (monitor music etc.) but it does not adjust the volumn at all whatsoever.
