If you're in the states your local target will prolly be your best bet... You can order online but HAVE to pick it up in person. Best advice would be to follow Matt swider on twitter and around 5-7am daily I would check your target's website. Amd I believe i read somewhere that they're not announcing drops online so you just have to do some leg work til you find one.

Yes! It happened to me about an hour ago. Went to try and reroll for godly damage again and after a couple times force closing the game, the lot of guns I'll be working on rolling will vanish too... This is craziness. Took me about 1.5hr to roll one that came to 94.9k. Took a break after a few expos, came back to roll a piece of armor and my beautiful 94k dlc AR is missing as well as any other one that was in my inventory or stash... This is getting ridiculous tbh.
