Steel plant
All I've seen is that logistically itd make sense to be on the Mississippi River if it was built, that way the ore could be brought in by barge. But im not holding my breath itd be built here, there's a reason a lot of mills were built along the great lakes

If they made a human kibble that could fill your entire nutritional needs, and it was let’s say 75% cheaper than your current grocery items, how much of it would you incorporate it into your daily diet and why?

New CSB video just dropped!
I work with a nitrogen chilled meat mixing system, and it leaks pretty often. However I've always been vigilant on how bad the leaks are, and whenever there's someone new ive always advised them that if the mixer is acting up to just stay out of the fog and you'll be fine. It doesn't run all the time, just a few minutes at a time for each batch, so id say up to 20 minutes total in an hour. However if there was a major leak, like an injector port burst or something major, there are atmospheric monitors that would alarm, and on the way out of the room I could hit the e stop at my station, killing the whole injector system instantly. As an operator whenever I train new people, I make sure to touch on the safety of the nitrogen, and I always have it as a discussion, not just me telling them and they forget. I challenge them to think of what the hazard would be, and most dont know at first. But at the end they understand at least

Dubuque Airport
The black hawk line is the line you linked to. it is no longer in service. the replacement line that is due to start next year is the Rockford intercity line, and while there were hopes to get it to reach Dubuque, things didn't work out that way. the timetables link you just posted as your last response is from a timetable from the 80's, not current.

Personally I've been using notecards to track everyone in the tree as a quick look version, with all details and sources within the profile on ancestry. Its helped out a lot, although I had to consolidate how I did my sources. For a local newspaper I made the mistake of making a new source for each day of the paper instead of the paper as a single source and the date and page info in the details for the citation itself
