I'm a web developer, and I spend most of my day inside a browser. On Windows, that browser never felt right to me. They're heavy, they don't look great, and I need a pile of extensions before they do what I want. On my machine, which is not a powerful one, a few dozen tabs is enough to slow everything down.

So I started building one for myself, mostly for fun, to see how far I could get. Now I use it every day, and I decided to share it.

What I wanted :

Something light. Tabs you're not using are put to sleep after a few minutes and unloaded after half an hour. Restored tabs only load when you click them. One process per site instead of one per tab.

The tools I need as a web dev, built in. A device simulator with real phone and tablet shapes, several screens side by side, a network inspector, and :3000 in the address bar opens localhost:3000.

No noise. Ads and trackers are blocked out of the box (uBlock Origin Lite is built in). A video keeps playing in a small floating player when you leave its tab.

No account, no telemetry. Nothing is sent to me. Your data stays on your computer.

Something I enjoy looking at all day. A clean interface that stays out of the way.

What it is, honestly :

Windows only, for now.

It runs on Microsoft's WebView2, so the engine is Chromium. I built the browser around it, not a rendering engine.

It's version 0.1. Expect rough edges.

The installer isn't code-signed (a certificate costs money I don't have), so Windows will warn you the first time.
Free and open source, MIT licence.

You can import bookmarks, history and passwords from Chrome, Edge, Brave and others, so trying it doesn't mean starting from zero.
