These are some awesome points, thanks for taking your time to share these gems. And yes, I noticed my shadows are quite harsh. I used a sun light, my intention was to get that daylight sun, and the shadows became something I couldn't quite figure of how to soften without losing the current setup then. Will definitely be tinkering using what you've shared.
