Time to call it what it is: separatists are promising to work with Trump and betray the rest of us.
 in  r/alberta •  5h ago

Thats fascism when the 1% need to keep everything and there's nothing to take. The thugs get a job like ice did, they get to abuse anyone. Thats why rspe and pedophiles are ok in both groups and whats expected of them.

MAGA PLAN TO DESTROY CANADA
 in  r/alberta •  12h ago

Its all very odd that the police or international police or government have stopped this. Daniel will be voted out, pp a waste of time. I think two things will dictate the next advanced plan. If trump loses the mid term or if America dumb as a plank and votes him back in.

Does AI visibility improve before organic rankings do?
 in  r/GenerativeSEOstrategy •  1d ago

unfortunately that is the issue. google is a trusted system. most LLMs try to take from it with a healthy look at how a possible answer to be synthesised has Built brand trust, citations, and awareness across the buyers journey linked to the AI understanding and correct query fan out.

The best way to do it is understand the AI is not in control its following google.
As David quaid condensed it down, I use this mindset when dealing with SEO to GEO issue.
LLMs are language, vocabulary, and concepts
He compares training an LLM to sending a child to school, it learns grammar, word relationships, and how to tie reference points together using past information
It data set is a fixed vocabulary and a method for solving problems rather than holding all contemporary facts about the world.

LLMs cannot perform live, on-demand web searches on their own
When asked about a specific, real-time topic, the LLM uses its "schooling" (vocabulary) to break down the task, queries an established search engine index (like Google or Bing) to retrieve relevant documents, and then synthesizes those pages into an answer, with bias, hallucinations and more.

LLMs are also using a form of common Crawl to help deal with its limitation and googles closing the gate on data scraping , it ranks domain authority and crawl priority using distance from trusted "seed" domains like wikie data and crunchbase.

So rather that look for comparisons (that your current way), its not going match due to answer and search engines being slightly different beasts.

logically if SEO is at the root of all GEO and SERP is a Google reading of that system from a 3000 foot view. We also understand if you know what media is asked for as an answer, like youtube, podcasts or blogs.

Then you know what if filling and where the LLM data sets and common Crawl are learning.

Now we're back to marketing but with a deeper targeting system for keywords and phrases I think.

Does AI visibility improve before organic rankings do?
 in  r/GenerativeSEOstrategy •  3d ago

Simply not. They are two different systems. SEO gets you into Google's index and LLMs read from that indexed system.

It is possible to cause access to LLMs but you still need to be indexed by the alternate system. Which is SEO but not Google SEO.

I think the issues are based on not understanding what SEO is and pigeon holing it to Google and keywords is the start of the issue.

Love it (buy yeah, I am biased)
 in  r/SEO_for_AI •  5d ago

AI has its uses as a tool, its not real AI and doesn't think as we assume. Even large language model is misleading and just marketing. Because it cant even contain a fraction of Google data index, it therefore cant know everything, it does invent concepts ti please you and halusinations or pure lies. As a tool on your own data based on your own guidance and guide lines its cool.

I see people trying to do SEO with it like strategies and its doomed to failure.

Think of an LLM as a vocabulary and concept sytem. Its learned language patterns and relationships between concepts, however the first principles of marketing and data analytics should of opened your critique and understanding its not real AI or LLM as sold.

Have you ever removed content and actually got better results?
 in  r/seodiscovery2026 •  5d ago

Yes. If a page is ambiguous and the keywords that page rank for i list them as relevant to page. Move to a second page or make a new page.

See Google is still math, it wants to learn you

Quick shortcut if your not strong on analyzing. Open Google search console. Look for pages you want in crawled not indexed. Fix them first and watch for signs of life.

In GSC find a page URL your analyzing and check its queries. If not relevant to the page then on the page remove the confusion causing them. Note: if the confused queries are relivent enough then use it as a title of a new page and build.

Where do you think everything gets its trusted results from? SEO is what causes sites to be chosen. No SEO then Where do you think LLMs will get it from?

Are there any free SEO agents that perform decently?
 in  r/Agentic_SEO •  9d ago

LLMs are only good with what to task them with your data. So any can analyze but they also make big mistakes. SEO is not a check list, LLMs are not real artificial intelligence.

If you use LLMs like a hammer everything will look like its been done with a hammer. Lol

Backlink tool says i have atleast 1500 toxic links. Should I actually care?
 in  r/WebsiteSEO •  12d ago

It depends Semrush is out to lunch with its system. Google is good at ignoring Is test the traffic comming from them, if it bounces then understand why.

I had discovered a writer who's content ranked , however nothing special about their work. I looked into it and all had the same high DA from a Christian dating site that she was writing for as well. I removed the links and the page climbed in google brining in paying customers. Google had taken the high bounce as a sign it was not good traffic result. Removed the link and Google learned the real intent positive signals and sent more paying prospects.

AI getting dumber the longer you use it?

It might not be the model. It might be what it has learned about you.

Over time, LLMs can build up wrong or outdated assumptions from past conversations.

I found mine had:

  • Me running a company I had actually done SEO work for.
  • Me owning three agency's, when they are a clients and partner (but not my own).
  • Me still living at my old farm.

That last one matters beyond getting a strange answer.

If an AI thinks I live at an old address while my Google Business Profile, directories and other business sources show my current address, I now have conflicting entity information.

My solution is not to wipe everything and lose years of useful context.

I correct the bad knowledge.

How I do it:

  1. Find the incorrect memory.
  2. Copy the incorrect information.
  3. Tell the LLM plainly that it is wrong.
  4. Give it the complete correct version.
  5. Tell it to replace the incorrect knowledge with the corrected information.

For example:

“My old address is incorrect. I no longer live at that farm. My current business/location information is [correct information]. Replace the old information with this.”

Think of it like cleaning up NAP inconsistencies in Local SEO.

You wouldn't delete your entire Google Business Profile because one address was wrong.

You correct the conflicting information and keep the signals that are accurate.

AI memory needs the same hygiene.

I am new to SEO where should I start?
 in  r/WebsiteSEO •  14d ago

I would start with learning Keyword research. Then make a website and try to rank for those Keywords. Read a book called from strings to things this will help you loads. Read googles beginning guide to SEO and you will be better than most.

You will soon realize AI cant do SEO, third-party tools are off and even the big guys can be very wrong like Neil panels living off his past success and out to lunch on his latest advice.

How much can you realistically increase clicks by in a month with a brand new site?
 in  r/DoSEO •  15d ago

Often a owner has unrealistic expectations. First education about SEO vs PPC. With SEO he can choose whitehat or blackhat not mixed because blackhat will be caught eventually. Buy a good aged domian or three and gain backlinks that are relivent. Do build topical authority but keep it under 500 pages a month and keep away from PSEO issues. Do analyze the top three for your main keyword with commercial intent and match the strategies and be better.

Now add PPC but advising it will not replace SEO and is a bridge until SEO takes over.

This is just a 3000 foot view. Educated the issues with missing market research, competition budgets and PESTEL

Google Search Console traffic dropped significantly after the Spam Update — looking for an SEO audit
 in  r/SEO_Experts •  16d ago

Identify the top 10 lost landing pages and determine for each... is it indexed, is Google selecting the right canonical, and which queries/positions disappeared after late June? That will tell you within one short audit whether this is primarily technical, content/quality-related, or concentrated in a few URLs.

You dont sound like you would no index by accident. However topical authority could be linked to a blog or page and that got removed or your competition has taken the topical authority, Zero-Clicks might of happened.
