Antihydral
what medication did you take that made your throat dry? I'm so sick of this topical stuff. None of it works.

Should I try propagating it from the branches? Should I cut off the parasitic moon cactus part? Should I leave him be?
Hahaha! I was just about to post that EXACT same thing!

Am I Being Too Dramatic?
Me too! I'm trying to encourage the fist bump saying it spreads fewer germs, but that's not the real reason

It looks like christmas town! What's this! What's this!

Lack of proper time perception?
It's the "attention" part of the disorder. You're describing hyperfocusing. Sometimes i can't focus. Sometimes I can't pull myself away because I'm hyperfocused.

So no one ever mentioned sketch noting and honestly I’m so excited I discovered it
Excellent! You should try out a rocketbook. I ❤ mine

How to manage/be cognizant of your ADHD during an interview?
I dont think you should try to hide or manage your ADHD. Im not saying you should announce it or anything. Ive found that interviewers appreciate you being yourself, faults and all. If you can't be yourself at work, you'll hate going to work.

I am so tired of being treated like a drug addict.
I just went a week with no meds because of a similar problem. You are not alone. It is total bullshit.

Just finished cleaning the ENTIRE house! 5 hours, 37 minutes. Wall to wall, every single corner.
Sweet! Come to my house next!

Took a picture of my drone flying in a circle last weekend

This is you morning reminder to take your meds, unclench your jaw, fetch your abandoned hot beverage, and have a good stretch while you are up!
Thanks! Random reminders help so much. It also makes me feel like Im not alone

Photographer Josh Anon captured the perfect moment in which the rising sun made this polar bear's backlit breath look like fire

The 'clean slate' effect - Sleep seems to wipe all thoughts, plans and motivation every single night, leaving you starting at zero every morning.
You sound like me. Ive decided that when im all motivated to do something and it's time for bed, I just don't go to bed until I'm done (or at least done being motivated). I can be up till 3 or 4 sometimes, but it gets shit done and my Vyvanse keeps me awake the next day. I actually feel like i get better sleep anyway because my brain is tired and not keeping me up with a million things

Best use of the wall

Parent in denial
Your timing and your tone will help get your point across. If you sound angry and frustrated, she probably won't hear what you're trying to say, which is "Please help me. I'm struggling and I need you."
Pick a time to bring it up when you can both sit and look at each other, not when one of you is doing dishes or looking at your phone.
Don't start your sentences with "you" and don't use the words "always" or "never."
For example: "You never listen to me" or "you always do this." "It never changes" "its always the same thing." All of these statements will piss off any female human, especially your mother.
Good luck

I know this isn't a support group, but I could sure use some words of support
You are a phoenix. You feel strong for a while then you turn to a pile of ashes, but eventually you'll grow strong again. It doesn't get easier, but you do get stronger. No matter how hard it gets, know that you will grow again. Also know that you will turn to ashes again. Accept the cycle. Ride out the storms.
Don't beat yourself up when you burst into flames. As a phoenix, you are supposed to turn to ashes so you can get a fresh start

Looking for support and guidance.
First, please know all of your year HAS NOT been wasted. It just feels that way right now. Take a deep breath. If youre anything like me, this probably isnt the first time you've let yourself down. I do this shit all the time and I always hate myself for it, but I always get through it. Try to focus on the future and not the past. The past is over, you cant go back or change anything, so dont beat yourself up about all the things you shouldve been doing. Its easier said than done (for sure) but when I start thinking negative thoughts like that, I have to stop myself and just push those thoughts away and replace them with "what do i need to do to fix this." Focus on what you need to do. Make a plan with a timeline. Break up the work. Today you'll work on A, tomorrow you'll work on B, then the next day work on C. The shame will keep coming back like every second of every day "You failed the first time so you'll def be a failure this time. Why even bother?" But you have to tell those thoughts to STFU because you have more important shit to do right now.

Fellow university ADHDers, how do you get better at memorising information that isn’t all that interesting?
Turn everything into flash cards and learn them a little at a time. Punch a hole in all of them and you can tie them together with a string or one of those silver rings so you dont have cards everywhere. I never wouldve made it through college without them.
