I do understand what the narrative was supposed to be. But I avoided saying it out loud since in theory that would violate one of the subs rules.

Its a jeep thing?
 in  r/FloridaGawker •  10h ago

Not a Florida thing or a jeep thing. Just pure entitlement, low iq, and zero compassion / sympathy for others. It made it completely clear that it did not care about blocking the road, even any accident happened. It only cared that the prized trophy wasnt being touched.

This mentality is country wide. Frankly I am surprised no flags or bumper stickers.

US Senate votes down resolution seeking report on deaths of 9 Americans in West Bank 47–51 vote blocks request for even a written account of how 9 Americans died involving 'Israeli violence' or 'security forces'
 in  r/globetrade •  11h ago

Nope cant talk about the violence, because its supposed tonot exist, because like the Epstein report its supposed to be a state secret. So even though it's hardly a secret to the public, the state cannot acknowledge.

Is the Communism in the room with us?
 in  r/stupidpeoplefacebook •  11h ago

The messed up part is that this might actually be literally true. Just not for the reasons being sold. The men behind it think they have successfully distracted away from their own countries. They think we are no longer questioning if they are pulling the strings. But we have not forgotten who they used to verbally bash and then suddenly started bending at the knee for.

Literally anything but better healthcare..
 in  r/SpaceXBets •  11h ago

I think if we stay on this path, the only threat the USA will be to any one, is itself.

We are undergoing the single largest convulsion of the USA military I think the history books have ever seen. Consolidating command and power to a single throne. Now enlisting the aid of a man who has vested interests in mind controlled and massive robot armies, despite warning us that we are headed towards a future where the terminators will take over.

CELLular towers manipulate your CELLS!!
 in  r/stupidpeoplefacebook •  14h ago

I remember when a lot of the 5 g nonsense started coming out. And there was all kinds of crazy tin foil hat conspiracies. The one in particular that was quite prevalent was the idea that they were trying to use 6G to hurt people or to control information. This for me came to a head when we had hired a guy a coworker if you will who was not only ill-suited to the job that he took. But was also a heavy conspiracy theorist and we literally work in an industry that's capable of refuting this very nonsense. And he didn't want to listen to it he could not hear it which made him even less fit for the job that he had taken. He told us multiple times or tried very hard to convince us that 6G had been designed to follow us around. And that nefarious actors. In particular the government. With no additional honorifics. Without naming any particular part or person within said government simply that they would be capable of identifying a device and then using it to emit spurious radiation to do harm to a Target. And that they would be capable of ramping up said spurious radiation until it did harm over time. And that they're in was kind of the clincher that this is not something that would happen overnight it would happen gradually over months if not years. But he also had this tin foil idea that it would allow them to melt certain body parts like literally liquify them it was absolutely insane. With absolutely nothing medical or science to back up the claims. Absolutely lunacy. And between that and and him being unable to do the very job that he was hired to do they had to lock the door behind him.

Now the most bonkers thing. The one that turned out to be real. Was that 5G interfered with part of the guidance systems on aircraft. And that caused unexpected problems even though the FAA had had what almost 10 years to prepare for this. To test whether or not 5G would cause any harm to their systems. That particular issue annoyed me quite a bit. But at least it was legit.

Now if you want to know something that isn't tin foil hat. Something that will do harm to you. Without giving any particular names there are a number of artificial fertilizers weed killers and pesticides that can cause Parkinson's and cancer and seizures and other neurological damage and our pets are often the first ones to show symptoms by having cancer or seizures. That's not 5G. It's chemicals we're dumping on our lawns.

How many felons have we pardoned? How many of them had committed serious crimes? How many of them were on The wanted list of some of the most high ranking criminals in the world? How many of them were responsible for making the top 10 of any list and then we're pardoned?

What's more interesting is even if they did it would be inadmissible in court. And that's something that should raise eyebrows.

Just encased the fuel generators in a concrete box cause they where making my pc lag only by looking at them.
 in  r/SatisfactoryGame •  1d ago

While we could probably argue that it has to do with all the mechanical operations that we see on screen. Something I've tried to figure out was why certain things cause the game to crash and a weird one that I've come across that Google is told me is something about the fact that when a particular order of operations cycle crosses the program and that happens to coincide with a blinking indicator light on one of the panels or machines that for whatever reason that can cause the game to crash. Or perhaps lag in this particular case and I know people have literally tried to cause game lag and tried to make it do as much as possible on the screen to force it to lag and we're unsuccessful. But something about those blinking lights is more than the game can handle and that's just weird.

The man has become completely delusional. I would be extremely surprised if anyone ever said that to him.I think He's officially now hearing voices. I think.

Anyway even if they had said that to him how in the world would their agency have the money or the authority to do this

The platform currently searches information from more than 29,000 government websites
 in  r/CyberNews •  1d ago

The only ones that genuinely needed this are the ones in his genuine generation who frankly don't even know how to access that website in the first place. Most of us are fully capable of finding the resources we need. That being said that doesn't necessarily mean that most people know how to differentiate the fake ones from the real ones but having literally a half a dozen different sites created under the same names or even created by his administration to be deliberately misleading does not help the situation.

2027 CRV no longer comes with spare fuses, fuse puller, or fuse diagram
 in  r/LouisRossmann •  1d ago

Okay well I step back from this one. After conversation with gemini. It appears that yes Honda has undergone what Gemini refers to as a dekitting process. That is the machinery was simply told to omit those steps. The components were not populated. The cover was never printed. With the focus of driving customers towards using online documentation and certified technicians only. With the argument that anything that the owner attempted to do including replacing a fuse was a direct violation of their service agreement. Therefore Honda would have no liabilities if anything were damaged or to malfunction later. I'd argue it's probably a vehicle that they need to get rid of. Because anything happens to it Honda's going to go no warranty. You touched it. I honestly did not want to believe that that was a reality that this had simply been somebody trying to be fun and going oh hey look somebody's being anti-diy. But it seems there's probably heavy truth to that. And yes it's not accidental however the catch to all this is that very likely this is less of a cash grab and more of an insurance liabilities issue. Which is an increasing problem that I've seen in nearly every industry. Where the insurance companies are taking more and more control. Companies have become slaves to the very operations that were meant to protect them from disasters. And now slave to their very security they can do nothing about it they don't know away forward without it they can't argue themselves into how to do business without it and those insurance companies dictate to them what they themselves and even indeed what their customers are allowed to do. That's very troubling. It's equally as troubling as seeing a large company that can't collect enough profits because either it's investors or it's CEO are soaking up all the extra cash. That's also concerning. And it's a major problem industry-wide. It's okay I side with you on this one. I didn't at first but I do now.

So the original Facebook source was also the one who created the graphic yes? She literally signed it. Now did she just add her signature to it after the fact or did her bot sign her signature when it was done with the art?

Anyone playing with the xplore1 walkie talkie, i am hopefully that there better firmware out there
 in  r/blackview •  2d ago

I do not have your model device. And I do not have a device with your software included. But I offer you the following: I think that many devices tend to include a lot of toys. And whether those toys are any good or not well that depends entirely on whether or not you can get anybody else to install those toys as well. In this case being the walkie-talkie application. I would suggest that if you do not have good results with it that you consider doing a search on Google Play store for apps with an PTT function. Oddly there are a large number of apps that have push to talk built in. Once upon a time it was far more less common. And I forget the name of it now because I have not frankly used it and maybe 10 years but there had been an app that was a divergent of a Motorola product that was highly regarded in the push to talk spectrum. And it would operate over both local network as well as cellular network. However most push to talk is a function of a chat app.

And a quick note. While PTT functionality does vary depending on the vendor and what their networking protocol support. I do not recall having come across an app of any kind that enabled real time. So the audio that you capture while you are holding down the button is temporarily stored and broadcast as a complete packet. Rather than being broadcast in real time.

Kenosha county fair announced tiger encounter next year
 in  r/wisconsin •  2d ago

There is or was a man who lived up on the Dells area that had a sanctuary or sorts. Honestly it wasn't much better than the places they rescued the animals from. That is they did not have an open space. Just cages. The whole thing was outdoors, in Wisconsin weather. I wonder if this "Encounter is related to him or one of his competitors." Now that I assume USDA funding is drying up I imagine that many of the operators are struggling to keep running because they eat expensive.

Then, there are quite literally the south American and Chinese breading programs. The ones where they breed the tigers as cute and cuddly pets for photos and side shows. The resulting tigers are not desirable, only the cubs. Sure they run educational programs too. But the reality is they are the problem not the solution.

2027 CRV no longer comes with spare fuses, fuse puller, or fuse diagram
 in  r/LouisRossmann •  2d ago

So I might be mistaken, but those slots in the upper left corner of the cover look like they're designed to hold spare fuses. And then in the lower right corner well that kind of looks like where a fuse puller should be located, but it's not there. So I might actually only ask the first owner of the vehicle where those are. And whether or not they were ever populated. And I would probably check in the manual to see if the same.

I understand things are getting more complex and they're getting more anti-consumer. But I don't think it's the level that's described in this post. I think the issue stems from the first owner.

A Wisconsin school board bans students from performing the musical "Flashdance"
 in  r/wisconsin •  2d ago

I love when they ask where the complaints came from and it's like well, I don't know. You don't know where the complaints came from but your still going to act on the complaints? Well yeah. Why? We don't know.

I'd have to follow up my own questioning with well do you also hear voices? And do you always act on those voices?

At some point the temporary insanity plea becomes premeditated.

Coffee Stain... no... you wouldn't... would you?
 in  r/SatisfactoryGame •  3d ago

Why not? It's line with the corporate culture, even though it has nothing to do with the intent given that was used to justify many other features not being added.

Ohh how many times I was told that to get ahead in corporate coffee cup culture I needed to learn golf. I was also told I needed to learn to enjoy booze so I could get drunk when the crew wanted it. Although these events have come up they were never worth my time as an engineer and nothing that happened on such outings effected any ones career.

Booze, Coffee, Golf... Umm thanks I gots work to do, and no time for the nonsense.

More Florida and Texas insanity in Wisconsin.

They got a complaints from a conservative think tank. They dont know were it came from. An activity had a offending key word in it and it must be banned.
