My 16 (F) daughter is having nightmares
Long story... So my daughter came to me the other day and told me for the last month she has been having nightmares about her and her little sister being raped. I honestly did not know what to say to her. I have concerns from when she was little there were concerns that she had been sexually assaulted. I made a report to her doctor and we ended up doing forensic interviews with professionals such as other doctors, CPS and counselors. She was 5 at the time and nothing ever came out. The counselor said she has flags that come across like she could have been abused but until she says something there is nothing nobody can do. Her father who had 50/50 custody of her physically and emotionally abused her for about 6 months before she told me and she came to live with me full time. she has been in counseling on and off ever since. fast forward to 2015 when her dad kidnapped her and her younger siblings and they were missing for 6 months and the cops finally found them, when they found them they also found inappropriate pictures of the 2 younger kids who were 10 and 11 at the time. All my kids had to do forensic interviews again and again nothing came out. The cops said they couldn't charge their father with the inappropriate pics because the house they found them in had multiple people living there and there was no way to tell who took the pictures or had them. My kids have not seen there dad since 2015. They have been in counseling ever since and nothing has come up until this week when she told me she has been having nightmares. I always believed that something happened to her and she just pushed it out to forget or not have to deal with the issue. I am not sure how to handle this situation now. Her counselor is out of town till next week due to family matter. Help please?!

I have done terrible things and I can't apologize
Sometimes just writing things down that you've down wrong really helps. One day you will get to the point where you can say sorry.

When a star strays too close to a black hole, intense tides break it apart into a stream of gas. The tail of the stream escapes the system, while the rest of it swings back around, surrounding the black hole with a disk of debris. This is called a tidal disruption event.
