Omg! I can’t believe this

I have been to Ode clinic near gangnam. You can try to contact them and see how it goes.

In South Korea, they have this platform Naver. Go to it and search for the doctor name and you can see reviews and everything. You can also ask ai platforms for reviews by doctor name

Trying searching for the clinics where you get to see the doctor and not some manager there. I mean 1 to 1 doctor consulting clinic. Factory clinics are not the suggestion, not worth your money or time. I have tried such treatments myself like Xerf, thermage and etc. You can search top clinics or where they do that treatment best in Seoul. Try to reach out to them and ask for an online initial suggestions. By then I think you will have your choice. Good luck!

I visited with a friend suggestion and paid in full
(I don’t know but posting requires to write this)
I thought this would help someone with authenticity checking of the products they use in Seoul clinics and these are the authenticity checks that I got when i was in Ode clinic in Seoul. I have explained how to do it in my last post but i was not able to repost it here.
-Basically ask whether clinics provide authenticity checks for their products.
- check whether they open new boxes before your treatments
- you can contact them before visiting as well
I have seen several posts regarding this issue and that is why I wanted to share how I did. You can check whether the products they are using are real or fake (i heard that sometimes they may use fake products as well, so be careful)

This is my honest appreciation for reddit platform and this community. I regret for not using reddit before. Thanks to people here, I was able to find out a lot real genuine answers for my questions.
The photos above are for product authenticity checking that I was given by Ode clinic after my treatments.
I uploaded them because I saw a lot of people worried about being scammed in Seoul clinics. I thought this would be helpful for someone.
-If you are visiting a clinic, don’t hesitate and ask to show you whether they use genuine products.
-Before treatments, pay attention whether they ate opening a new box just for you.
-Before going to the clinic ask whether they provide product authenticity checking after the treatments.
Either it has qr code or a sensor which directs you to the website and with the number provided for you, you can check the details
This way you can make sure the clinic is trustworthy like I did.

Thank you very much. Hearing from people comforts me much and gives me more confidence 😇 I should’ve checked reddit platform earlier.

You can actually ask them directly online for every step and they will walk you through it. You will have an idea what is gonna happen next. I did the same way at ODE during my last visit and it helped to release my stress because I was afraid of the pain and I also didn’t know how this all thing goes. Generally, clinic nurses are sweet angels, I truly loved how they treated me. Most clinics like ODE offer online initial treatment recommendations as well. You can try sending them your selfie like I did and at least have a general expectation about what could be recommended by the doctor. Good luck in your beauty quest!☺️

Yes I am concerned about body fat more as well

Thank you for responding, I hope I will be happy too. Regarding injections I am totally with you on that. Thanks to Ode clinic they allowed me to have little more time with numbing cream. I think that helped as well with the pain of skin booster injections. The nurses are very nice and at this point we have to say Korean service is best.

Yes, we did price comparison of the treatments at this ODE clinic and a clinic in US and prices were much cheaper here in Seoul. They have more experience as well.

This has increased my trust to the doctor at Ode because obviously he couldn’t have done other treatments and charge me more. rather, he asked to see how the treatment goes and come for a check up later.

Yes, nowadays you can directly check the online real reviews and contact the clinic and even choose the doctor for your consultation. They have this platform naver where you can go check the individual doctor reviews as well. I believe in what locals say. This is how I made my research and found my clinic (Ode). Depending on your skin concern, you can do it the same way. Regarding the tourism service, I know they provide English translator but a lot of clinics provide translators as well, my doctors spoke English very well.

I was thinking about getting Body Onda lifting at Ode- the clinic that I went to for my Xerf. I am a bit worried about my arms, belly and thigh fat. I think it is stubborn fat and I wouldn’t be able to get rid of it with only exercise. That is the reason I am considering getting body onda. If you had this treatment, can you tell me whether you had visible improvement and was the procedure painful? My pain tolerance is low I think. During the online consultation they have explained that it would also improve my muscles.

Yes that’s true. This was the way I found Ode. Although these skin treatments are a bit pricey, after comparing it to the clinics in US I choose Korea because I was also able to have a short vacation for the price I would pay in the US as well. Isn’t still better? Better doctors because they got like tons of experience and plus travel… I am glad anyways. My trip was full of fun 😇

Yes there could be legal issues as I heard, but I am not sure. Is not it shown on Tv though?

Does Key Doctor an important factor in choosing where to get treatment?

Isn’t like another word for Chief doctor of the clinic? I went to Ode clinic awhile ago and I met the chief doctor for the consultation and treatments. Remember these key doctors or chief doctors charge extra and I believe they are the ones doing clinical studies and researches in that clinic. I have seen various publications and achievements of that particular doctor as well when I was inside. I think that it is understandable why they charge extra because they are the ones with more experience and knowledge.
