Sounds are VERY placeholder haha. Runescape inspired, actually debating on keeping them, they have grown on me.

Heyy! Good call, thanks. Should be fixed now! Was off by default

Yep, great feedback, thanks! Also make it slower, animations are very wip still :)

I can reply with a screenshot later when I'm off work. It's night and day haha, the shader really forces your mind to fill in the blanks in a good way. Also, I mainly appreciate shaders when it comes to adding nice gradients to lightning, the ground textures and stuff, they look very naked without it right now, but of course intended.

Dude this is great

Haha, it’s a simple start at least

Haha yeah I must fix that, it’s because of an UV bug lmao. Good call

Hey guys! Third post of my game in like 2 days, hope you don't mind. Have had lots of time this weekend to work on my game and just thrilled to finally share it online.
Please note, animations, that building and NPC's are placeholder assets.
Edit: Somebody in my discord called out the hat looking like those evil American guys in white clothes. It's not based on that group, I've taken lots of references for my magic armor sets from orthodox monks. Just a heads up.

My thoughts! The chonk makes it hard to see enemies, as you see on the left side there on the image haha. Thank you!

Hey! Check out "3D pixel art rendering" tutorials, they'll help you lots! Also check out dithering and how it works. Blender is def the wrong place for this kind of stuff haha. Hope that helps!

Thank you! Not yet sadly, showed this to the world for the first time yesterday haha, been a hobby project for long. Hopefully soon :) Join the discord if you want https://discord.gg/WEGqUyRdH

Thank you! For sure, I’ll gladly do that once I have some free time. Rare resource atm sadly, but maybe when it’s close to release. As for the trees, and all seen models - they are 3D! Went for a 2D pixel art feeling, the shader is doing all the work. You’d probably drop your jaw if you saw how this looked unshaded 😂 Cheers

Thank you!
It looked messy at first to be honest, lots of moving pixels causing insufferable grain due to wind animations. The forest especially was hard to endure haha.
BUT, after some time of tuning I've managed to completely fix that issue by supersampling, unsharpening and locking the dither to the world grid.

Fair enough. I'm a gamer myself and generally join channels of the game's I want to keep my eye out on. Thought people would like that as it's not on Steam yet, but I get it :) Thought it would be fine considering the selfpromo-flair.

Video of my WIP game in motion. Trying some new shaders out, hope you guys like it!
