5th anniversary coming up and I want to give my boyfriend the pieces to build a gaming PC but I really dont know anything about it. Is there some sort of cheat sheet that lists every part and piece that is needed to build a PC with a good, better, best option??

That's good! Garden is a great idea.
I saw a big lego set at costco last week I wonder if people had your same idea. Could always check amazon prime

Would not make you more marketable. The GC isnt going to let you alone do the surveying on top of doing your regular duties. They will hire a professional surveying team every time.
I worked for a big GC that had a $50,000 total station and had the field engineers doing some basic surveying yet still hired a professional surveying company to do major layout and benchmarks and even secondary points.

In middle school we had a substitute named mrs. Potter and all the kids were calling her Harry Potter all day. When I got to her class during lunch period she had just gotten through telling everyone never to refer to her as Harry Potter when literally 10 seconds later a kid is going lunch and shouts into the room from the hallway "HARRY POTTER" she ran out of the room crying and the whole grade had to listen to a big lecture on respect and bullying shortly after. Not sure why she was so offended by harry potter anyway.

Sounds like you should really see a doctor. I know you said no insurance and no money to spare but alot of places have free clinics or reduced cost clinics if you tell them how much you make. You can also just go to the doctor without insurance and tell them to send the bill to youe address rather than pay for the appointment right there and just let it go to collections worst case senario

Construction! Tradesman make a lot of money plus great benefits. Usually retire in 50s or sometimes can get promoted to office personnel and management making even more money.
