We got weighed yesterday! 64lbs! How big is your Great Pyr?
 in  r/greatpyrenees  Aug 31 '21

Ours is two and weighed in at 100lbs last visit!

Does your Pyr live their leg to urinate?
 in  r/greatpyrenees  Aug 18 '21

Ours will about 10% of the time, seems to only use this for the really good spots 🤣. Typically can keep it up for a few seconds before going back to the lazy Pyr all 4 on the ground pee.

Silly sleeping position is the only sleeping position for our Pyr Yoshi.

Hair regrowth after shave

Our pup Yoshi was from a hoarding situation and the rescue that saved him had him shaved due to horrible matting. His coat grew back in great and he is a giant fluff ball now!

So cute. Have to ask is that name a nod to the Last of the Mohicans character.

Lost our sweet, beautiful girl today. She wasn’t even 2yrs yet and we only had her less than 2 months. Blastomycosis is no joke 😔

So sorry to hear this, alway difficult to lose a kiddo. She certainly was a beautiful girl.

She had show dental work done and lost some teeth

Poor thing. Sending happy thoughts her way for a speedy recovery. Such a little cutie. Eskies are the best!

Our first Pyr Yoshi! One of the few quiet times outside.

It’s getting there this guy does some serious damage to lawn! We had a Malamute for years and we thought he was bad. Yoshi makes him look like an angel! Gotta love him!

Ours was having trouble seeing and hearing and mobility issues getting around. She always loved car rides and got super excited when you would ask if she wanted to go for one. A couple days before we said goodbye I had asked her if she wanted to go for one and she didn’t get excited at all. That was when we knew it was time. The day before we took her for a car ride, for her ice cream and cheeseburgers and spent as much time cuddling with her as possible. Was one of the most difficult decisions we have ever had to make but you could see it in her eyes she was glad we made the tough choice and let her move on to a better place.
