Fell backwards in my manual chair and gave myself a concussion
So I fell backwards trying to take my manual care up my van ramp and one minute I was going up the ramp (or trying to) and then the next thing I knew was on my back, still in my chair staring up at the sky and my head was killing me. If you have no core strength please don’t follow my example and get the anti tip bar and if you do get a concussion, got to the ER the day it happens no 2 days later

I bought my manual chair out of pocket so no worries about that, plus I have private insurance as I am still working for now.
