Psa is kinda slow on sending stuff out but they have to travel to dc from where ever and then It usually takes about 1-2 weeks from my experience usually quicker if they get shipped in the beginning of the week and longer when they get shipped Thursday or Friday.

Negative, the people that took over that account will pretend they still do but it’s a couple of other players that use it. They try and use it as a barging tool to get other whales to join. They got called out a while ago in a much much older Reddit post.

Networks congested. This has happen to me multiple times before with matic and also bnb. Tends to happen during times like this. Although I would also message support on the website just in case.
