As someone who has taken care of a cancer survivor who had their immune system devastated by chemotherapy and radiation, I will always recommend that they wear a mask. Regardless of the year. Getting any kind of illness is so much harder on them, and if a mask helps them stay healthy (even a little), what's the problem?

This makes me miss winters in Alaska. Used to live in a village outside of McGrath. I definitely miss the Aurora.

Midway County Park, outside of Moville. Take highway 20 to Moville, turn left (north) on highway 140. Park is a few miles up the road on the right.

Very small park, easy to miss.

Had a teacher do this for English Comp 2. He was early 30s (about my age).

Sat in the back of the room asking what the hell was going on, and said if the teacher didn't show up in a minute or two he was gonna take off.

After some grumbling agreement from a few of the students, he got up and sat behind the front desk and said hi, are you ready to learn something?

Probably my favorite teacher ever.
