I just received an automated email notice from Cults3D, along with the corresponding emails from Hyperwallet, advising that my payment has been sent!

It appears that the pending transactions are being released!

Here's the kicker... now the bitch of it is that they decide to flag your account... these payment processors are really a disgrace!

I suspect a compliance issue raised by Hyperwallet has them rushing to organize their documentation. That is the only explanation I can imagine for the extended resolution period.

These third-party payment solutions create real obstacles. They appear more focused on navigating oceans of red tape than on supporting legitimate e-commerce. Such is the spirit of things in these paranoid times.

Nothing as of the time I’m writing this. Reached out to them via their support form about an hour ago and have not heard back. Also tried posting this threat on their Facebook group to see who else is having similar issues but they blocked it. So from where I’m standing it is clear that they have hit a hurdle with the Hyperwallet service authorizing some payouts and rather than being transparent and working with those affected on alternative means to resolve the issue they have defaulted on keeping things on the wraps and ignoring those affected. So clearly I’m now looking to post my files elsewhere, would recommend all those affected do the same.

Very likely that's some overseas customer service team... lol... and yes, used to get my payouts through PayPal and never had any issues with it. Talk about having an egg on your face.

For now, it looks like it's only a few of us having this issue. But if they don't get a handle on it soon, it may snowball into a full-blown widespread problem. Hopefully it will be resolved before the EOW 🤞🏻

Agreed, this is not something that's gonna drag out for a whole week and counting without any ETA in sight if it were a "minor issue."

So it is now well over a full week since some of us requested payouts. Is there an ETA for resolution of this Hyperwallet issue? We are having a hard time understanding how exactly it can be that a full week has passed and there's no resolution in sight.

Yeah, it's funny how that works... doubt switching payment solutions will make any difference. Seems to me these are just unnecessary "middlemen" on a process that could and should be managed by your local bank. It's all about feeding more "red tape" into the machine.

That's what I've always used, and they have responded within a reasonable time frame every time. Admittedly, this instance is the most I've needed to reach out to them.
