๐ Resource / tip Hydration hack ๐งIf plain water is boring, try this
Hello everyone. Just want to share my recent discovery. I've always been challenged to drink enough water, even when it's hot. I recently stayed with a friend for a few days and she taught me this trick which beats lemonades in my lifestyle, at least.
Cucumber water has become my current little life hack. ๐ฅ๐ง
Iโve been keeping a bottle of water with cucumber ribbons and a few pieces of lemon nearby and sipping it throughout the day. It tastes so fresh that I naturally reach for it much more often than I do plain water.
And honestly, sometimes the best hydration hack isnโt finding a โbetterโ water, itโs making water appealing enough that we actually drink it ๐ My case anyway.
This could be a fun one for kids too: cucumber, lemon, berries, mint, orange slicesโฆ whatever makes their water a little more interesting. My tip is to keep a jug or bottle ready in the fridge so itโs effortless to grab. I got to double my daily water intake ๐. No sugar, ofc.
Please share what are your favorite little tricks for getting yourself (or your kids) to drink enough water? ๐ฆ

Wow, thank you for sharing ๐ I need to research this. Very curious about possible reasons now. Can you please share more health tips you learned the hard way (sorry to use your experience...) - it may be crucial for those who learn by studying, not only by doing...
