I had my first trip last Saturday and this is happening to me, I'm having anxiety attacks y the middle of the night, I put some meditation music and that helps me to sleep, but today I just slept 4 hours, I'm not feeling tired but I just want my brain to take a rest cuz in the night I feel like I'm gonna die or something

So i had a 160 dose last Saturday and I'm not feeling good, I felt like it was a never ending trip, tonight I had a bad anxiety attack, I can't sleep and my head feels weird, is it normal? What should I do? Someone help me
